The IMAP is an interactive map that allows anyone with cell phone or computer access the ability to view all Public Works-approved Public Access Permits taking place on or within City property or public right-of-way.
Per the City’s Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances and the City’s Design and Construction Standards Manual (DCSM), the City requires that a Traffic Impact Analysis (TIA) be conducted for any planned development (associated with rezonings, special use permits, preliminary plats, and engineered comprehensive site plans) expected to generate 100 or more peak hour vehicle trips.
The City's annual leaf collection begins November 12. In addition to leaf collection services, the City also recommends alternative options for leaf maintenance.
